Mtnl broadband sucks, speed 20 kbps for 320 kbps braodband connection

Dear Team,

I am facing lot of issues with mtnl broadband speed. I am complaining to them every day and getting stupid answer that it will get restored within 3-4 days. Its been a month since I am facing this low speed issue which is yet to get resolved and mtnl is charging high amount i.e. Rs. 495 service tax for this plan.

I want my broad band speed to be restored immediately and this months bill to be waived off as I could hardly able to use it because of this snail speed intenert connection.

Please take imediate action against mtnl as they are not at all bother even to reply to the complaint lodge by the customer. I have not received any reply from mtnl on e-mail till now since I am complaining...
