Low Speed than Promised

The Company promises to give a broadband speed upto 320kbps as per their DSLunlimited 395plan,

However after 3 to 4 months of usage they have cut down the speed to a maximum of 37kbps.

When i went to their office with my grievance they flatly said that this is the maximum u can get in an unlimited plan.

So the problem is that they don't deliver as per the terms of their promise.

I request the forum to look into the matter as soon as possible.

(P.S. the complaint is for MTNL Mumbai)
