MTNL Triband
Connection issues

Hello,

I use an mtnl triband internet connection with a promised speed of 320 kbps. However I've never recieved the promised speed. There are frequent connection losses and the maximum download speed that i get is 20-25 kbps. I have tried calling up 1504 and lodging a complaint with 198 number, but to no avail. I am not sure what i need to do. Please look into this matter.
