Hi, i am azhar sayyed, i am using mtnl tri-band service from past 1year.actually problem started 10days ago my line got disconnected due to rain.it was completely dead line n still noise is coming.and in spite of complaining many times i didn't get respond.and above that 1day i called in the office and that guy gave me my area engineers no. n i called him and asked to come, he talked to me very rudely and set i dont care when i will get time then i will come.his name is PRASAD.i am really frustrated now what to do.i called them 100 times but that guy isnt ready to come.please do something.and one more thing when u will apply for new line these area engineer ask for BRIBE .extra money which company says free connection.
