MTNL-Triband Mumbai
Triband disconnects after 3-5 minutes

I have been trying to use the broadband services of MTNL mumbai but have never been able to use beyond few minutes. The PPOE light of my GLB-502T modem goes off. I have to switch off the modem and restart to be able to use the so called high-speed triband connection. This exercise I have to keep doing. Several personal visits to MTNL Mulund (W) Exchg. have only brought assurances from Mr Vaidyanathan. The only so called help given by him was to send 2 jokers (line-men I believe) who kept arguing what needs to be done, told me to purchase 2 splitters and 3 two metre wires with connectors, which I did and when brought were not utilised, they made their own connections and have made things go from bad to worse.
