I had purchased MTS Mblaze on 8- Jan. According to the company offer i should get 15Gb free for the first month but after using only around 7.5Gb i was not able to use it any more when i called the Customer care they told me in their database it is showing 15Gb used so i requested them to please verify once if there is some mistake but they told me that there is no provision of cross checking.

Then on 7- Feb i again recharged with 898 for 5Gb then again after 14 days that is on 21- Feb after using 3.8Gb i was not able to use the internet and they again told me that your 5Gb is over. During this time even I was not able to check my balance it was showing error and when i complained about that then they told me that your problem will be rectified in 3 days (My complaint no. is c10/7006). But it got corrected after 25 days.

Then again i make a top-up of RS.300 as my previous balance was finished in 14 days so i was left with 16 days validity and according to their billing which is 50p/Mb i should got 600Mb but again after using only 400Mb i m not able to use my internet. After that when i called them and told them that i will complaint against your company in Consumer Court then they told me that there is no fault from our side. This is the irresponsible response i am getting. Now i am seriously thinking about giving the complaint in Pune Mirror (Newspaper).

If possible please help me as soon as possible i want strict action and my money back againt this FRAUD COMPANY.
