I have purchased mblaze premium on 13/03/10 and I have recharged 789/- for 3GB plan on 23/03/10. After using for a 2 days for one hour a day on 25th the unused data in my account shows 0 Data and I am not able to connect to any other sites. I know havent consumed full 3gb data and I also have the log in mts connector showing 250mb data transfer they have issue in the collector (which collect the data transfer for each account) I know this because I am an Engineer and I work or Broadband router.
I have raised complaints against this and one more shocking thing is there consultant called me once and I said I was busy and call me back he didnt call me back I have raised another complain of putting wrong acceptance info in my prev complaint, even on the second complain the mts guys didnt called and I have also got to know that they have put comment on the second complaint that he had called me this is really frustrating and none of them are honest not even nodal officer customercare.kk@mtsindia.in, nodal.kk@mtsindia.in I have sent mail to these email havent heard from them apart from automated emails.
I am warning you guys if you are planning to take new connection with MTS dont do it since they are new in market they dont know how to handle clients and they think what ever they do it will never get noticed.
If this will not get resolved I am planning to put case on them for 420 (cheating) on me I will fight till I get justice.
We have to raise our voice when ever we see these kind of issues. Please help me getting justice against this.
