Money deducted from account, number not recharged

Order No.1392828 from CCAvenue

No recharge to mobile phone beside successful transaction

Today I recharged my mobile 9810848313 with Rs 444 (Rs 10 more for delivery of the coupons) through www.freecharge.in. Amount had been deducted from my bank account for the said transaction but my mobile was not recharged for Rs 444 (full talktime). I recieved the the following message "Transaction Successful Oxi TransID- 59284200011103211051 for 9810848313" but no top up of 444 rs on my number..

My bank account shows a transaction if Vafour of "Avenues India Ltd"

If there is a technical problem with the website and service provider then the delay is acceptable else I need my money get back asap.
