MTS USB Broadband Internet
Not performing as company demands

My name is jinil. I have recently purchased an MTS USB broadband internet. The company people show me a DEMO @ my home and it was ok at that time. It was performing just ok for the first 10 days. After that the speed became very low and it is performing very poorly. Company demands a maximum speed of 3.1 Mbps but i am getting only up to 250 Kbps speed.
