Courier Blue Dart demanding money on delivery

I had ordered above item from naaptol.com against my order no 2139439 and payment was also made online by credit card. Payment was also confirmed by my bank which had confirmed payment of Rs 1598/- inclusive of courier charges.

Today, I received a call from Blue Dart courier that I should make payment again of the full amont of Rs1598/- on delivery. I have already lodged a complaint with naaptol care center 9 complaint no 900581 to give proper instruction to courier co to effect the delivery of th item without insisting for payment as this has already been received by naaptol.com
