Non Delivery of Flowers and Choclates

Hi,

I had placed an order through http://www.mumbaionlineflorists.com.

The flowers were suppose to be delivered on 14 Feb but has't been delivered as yet.

The website looks like a complete waste.

Please suggest what should i do.

Please note that we have incurred Rs.250 extra product charges to deliver this order since the current price of flowers are quite high in Mumbai due to Valentines Day. Hence you are requested to pay Rs.250 towards the extra product charge so that we can deliver your order on time.

***The delivery will take place next day if we receive your payment intimation after 4 PM IST (Depends upon the delivery areas).

There is another alternative just for you:-

You are requested to select the alternative courier items (Such as Chocolates, Dry fruits, or other courier items which can be couriered) within the price range of your previous order if you are not ready to pay the extra product charges.

Please note that we will refund back the extra value if the alternative items cost less than the price range of your previous order.

Example:

The value of your previous order was Rs.960 and now you select an alternative item of Rs.900.

In this case Rs.60 will be refunded back to your A/C in next 15 working days.

Please mail us with an alternative courier item code as early as possible, so that we can process your order and deliver the same at priority basis.

***We will courier the items on the same day if we receive the intimation from your end by 4PM IST. However, the delivery will be depended on the delivery areas (Metro cities take less time).
