NAAPTOL, BLACKBERRY STROME 9530
BAD PRODUCT

I had order a product of Black Beery storm 9530 with 3G, Order No- 2746517 Dated - 01/11, Shipping Detail- COD Payment. Vat No- 279200006329V CST NO- 279200006329C, I Have been delivered the product on 21/11 through First Flight Courier Tinsukia. The Product send to me by Naaptol was defected, After that i have call to customer care service but they doesn't responded me, In that Product MANUAL BOOK, DATA CABLE, DRIVER CD, WARRANTY CARD are not available. The product Back Cover Lock was broken, colour fade beside camera, Screen lose etc.

So I was totally disappointed and i want my money back as soon a possible.

Kindly arrange the way as soon as possible.
