Icorrect information and product delay

I had placed an order for Blackberry 8830 sprint from naaptol after watching their advertisement in Mumbai Mirror newspaper on 05/12 on the same date.

I have not yet received the phone and I have called the many times and most of the times they disconnect my call and once they also told me that this phone is only a GSM phone however the advertisement shows that is is a CDMA as well as GSM phone.
