Problum to geting warenty claim and delivery of mobile phone

I bought atnt 5700 mobile phone from naap tol paying 4000 rs.when I get it is faulty .after crosponding they said me to send back mobile for warenty claim. I send the mobile to company but I am waiting for mobile but company have no time to attend my problum.lack of time I call them on phone but every time they ask me to wait for some days .god knows better when some days become came.my order no, is 862024.one line shopping main koi bhrosa na kare.
