Dear All,

I am please to inform you that, i haven't received any resolution from the customer service department. They told me that the case is forwarded to their logistics team & will respond to the issue in 48 hrs, but, till day i haven't received any such type of satisfactory response from your side even after timely remainder sent. I have received a call before 4, 5 days and the person wants to confirm my address to deliver a courier which they have received from Naaptol for me. But, till now i did not received any courier.

So, you are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and provide some resolution either replace the product with a fully functioning same/other product or refund the amount.

Hope for a satisfactory response this time.
