Fraudelent Customer Service

The services of the company is worst. I have not received the product I booked on 9th of June till date. I was continusly following up on there customer care number and each time they were saying it will reach to you within 1 days but they wer not registering my request number. Every time I was asking about the availability about the product, Yes was the answer. On the last follow-up today, June 22, they told that the product is not available but they will ship it by monday. The customer executives were very rude while giving answers to my questions. Atlast I have to cancel the request but again they said the refund will be available only after 15 days. I have waisted 13 days plus the bank charges for the transaction (INR 400 rs.). The company naaptol is a fraud and I would strongly NOT recommend this for any purchases. My Order number was - 4162359.
