Defective and used handset

My order no.is 3422522 i was placed the order of blackberry storm 9530 with 3g on naaptol.com online shopping.at 15/02 my order was deliverd at my place by first flight courier service.when i open my box i saw the handset in very poor condition the display is loose some button are working not properly and many lots of problem the i call in naaptol costumer care no.and talk to costumer care executives but he told me that he was not able to take my complain and not giving me my money back... please help me in my this problem naaptol is a very big fraud company...
