Product not delivered no commitment for the same

I have booked my order with naaptol.com spy pen 16 gb mp3 combo on 3rd december. product not yet delivered. while enquiring with naaptol customer services, they keep saying that we will despatch your order in few days. but unable to define few days. since three weeks from my date of order, status is shown cargo is ready but unable to understand why it has not been dispatch yet. so my first experience with naptol.com is very bad.
