Dear Sir

This is regarding the below mentioned order placed by me on 18-9 via NAPTOL.COM. A person from Aramex had come to deliver the parcel of my order. But to my surprise he demanded Rs 135/- as shipment charges.

I want to bring to your notice that while purchasing the product I was promised of free shipment and I had paid Rs 255/- at that time only.

This is a very shameful act on part of Aramex ad Naptol that shipment charges are being demanded now.

I bring to your notice that I HAVE REFUSED TO TAKE THE PARCEL. I URGE YOU TO CREDIT THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT SINCE THE AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID AND THE ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED AS PER YOUR COMMITMENTS
