Extreme delay in delivery

I have placed an order for room heaters on naaptol.com (Order No. 3042775) on Dec 17th. The product was not delivered as on Jan 6th, i.e. when the winter was drawing to close & when a room heater is no longer required. This is like send an ambulance a week after placing the request. I ave written to naaptol.com twice already, but I haven't even received acknowledgement. PLEASE BE WARY OF PLACING ORDERS ON NAAPTOL.COM
