Misleading Mobile Advertisement – Features Lacking!

I bought the VOX Smartphone - 2 Way Flip mobile phone from Naaptol.com (order no. 2903350) – but had bad experiences with this mobile:

1. The memory is supposed to be 3.9 mb – but it’s showing as 506 kb.

2. The back camera is supposed to be HD – but it’s displaying VGA pictures.

3. The front camera is supposed to be VGA – but the picture is all blurred.

4. Clicking the video/sound recorder icon gives me this error: “Driver not found”.

5. And there are other problems too…

I’d called up the customer service on 11th December who told me that the AlphaRadio guys who make this mobile will call me within 48 working hours to enquire about the mobile issues. But till now nobody has called me, even after repeated reminders.

Naaptol's customer service is pathetic!

My worst fear of buying online has come true!
