Damaged two pieces of Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G

I have ordered two Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G from naaptol, order number 3267736 & 3301788

I ordered it on 18 jan and recieved it on 23 jan & second order on 24 jan and recieved it on 27 jan, after receiving the mobiles i found that it is not working so i called 100 of times on customer care no. of naaptol but they are not responding me. I badly need your help consumer care please i want my money back.
