Extremely poor service by Naaptol.com!

Naaptol.com is extremely poor in attending to the complaints of it's customers.

I'd given a complaint under "Misleading Mobile Advertisement – Features Lacking! " but I am yet to get any reply.

I am thinking of taking legal action against Naaptol.com if it doesn't respond soon.

If you want to buy something online think twice.

The product you will receive may not be in keeping with what was advertised.

And then, for returning the product & getting a proper one or even the refund can really be a time-taking affair; in fact, this can cause a lot of mental harassment to you.
