I have made an online shopping of a micromax superfone a50 mobile on 6th June. i made the payment online at the time of shopping. there it was said that the product would be delivered within 10 days. it is now more than 15 days and the product is not delivered to me till now. i called customer care of the company several times and they only say it will be delievered in 1-2 days but not delivered till now. i ask them to cancel the order and refund my amount back in my account but they are not doing that also. i request you to kindly look in the matter and please help me to get my amount back so that i purchase another mobile from market. the order no. of naaptol transaction is 4138354. my mobile no. is 9598050562.
