Had to cancel online trasaction due to poor website support and they called me cancel the transaction

I tried to purchase a Sony Ericsson mobile W205 online with http://www.naaptol.com/. The transaction got complete however the website could not deduct money as I had to choose cash on delivery option. The customer care of http://www.naaptol.com/ called me to tell that I had to cancel the deal. This is truly not professional. I had to cancel the deal as per their wish. This was totally unacceptable. I strongly feel that such online websites should be banned or blacklisted.
