Ncarry and Bluedart
Non delivery of Product

I have bought a tablet from Ncarry.com on 6th April n payed Rs 500/- online and rest on delivery. The product is meant to be shipped on 13th april but till now it is not delivered and when i contacted the customer care services they it is in IIndore. And the Bluedart website is saying that i was not present at shipping address at time of shipping. But no one came to the address and no one called me for delivery and when i am telling to ncarry people they are saying that they had shipped and wont provide me my money. My ncarry order no. is 20406-1396 and Bluedart AWB No. is 58560087596.

please Help.
