Netconnect
Ill is still generating even after termination of connection

Kindly help, i had reliance netconnect broadband connection which is closed/terminated /discontinued service on 10 jan. i filled a form for closing /termination of service, paid all dues netconnect no.7489756918, when i asked for any proof of discontinue of service customercare gave me termination no. that was case no. 169882093 ..after about 2 and a half month they send recovery agents for three month bill .1600 rupee aprox, on 28th march i again went to reliance customer care they told that i have to pay the amount... i paid 827 rupee and ask to completely close the service... they again made me fill termination form ..and gave termination no. which is--175840053... please help me what to do .if this thing repeat again...
