DEFFICIENT SERVICES OF BSNL

My B/band (telephone no. 250357, 9-B Raj Nagar, Opp Rly Stn. Jwalapaur) goes out of order very frequently. On B/band complaint nos. 251000, 250300 and 200333, there is none to attend. And again for the last 4 days, my above BBand is running out of order and there is no one on the above telephone to lodge complaint. However, ultimately I lodged my complaints on your 198 vide complaint no. 19042 on 2.3.10 and 19093 on 3.3.10 .

We are really very unfortunate to have BSNL Broadband connection where their services on most of times are found useless.

Is there any one now hear on my above complaint.
