I have made a payment to a website for giving me stock market calls from my bank account. But after making payment when I called the number to activate my account, i found the it was switched off. I have sent mails, but the party did not reply. Now I think that the party is farud Now how can I get my money back. Can I ask my bank to give me the details of the party, as I have made a NEFT payment and I have the reference number of the payment. Please help me out.
