Non delivery of product

We placed order on TIMTARA for Galaxy TAB 2 (Order No.:10268246) on 6th June and same day money was debited from our credit card. we were assured the product will be delivered in 10 days.. It is almost 60 days but still the product is not delivered. we have been calling every day from last 50 days and everytime we just get assurance that we will either get a call or e-mail but we got nothing.. we also also written many many mails to timtata. They acknowledge the mail but never revert with the product delivery date.

they have been fooling us

we are left with no option but to proceed legally and file FIR against TIMTARA
