Not getting the internet speed as offered

Hi,

My you broadband account number is 817536.I have taken the new connection recently for 3months (10 mbps speed and 30GB plan). But i didn't get the download speed what they mentioned. I am getting 50kbps download speed and the broadband disconnected frequently. I have raised the complaint but no one taking care.
