I have purshased a nova hair straightner from rediff shopping site on 15-sep and it was delivered to me on 19-sep and i had a problem 10 days later i have contacter the coustomer case for 5 times but didnt get any reply so, i have come to seek your help this is too sad that a product gets into trouble soo soon i kindly request you to seek the dealer to exchange it as soon as possible i await your reply
