Promised Reebok sunglass as free gift for Airtel Broadband connection

I was assured a free gift (either Reebok Sunglass or Reebok Watch worth Rs. 2450) while booking Airtel Broadband connection and was told that I would receive the gift in 21 days time and I have to pay Rs. 150 towards the shipping charge. I received the gift on 5th dec (sunday) from Airtel but to my shock the sunglass brand is Numero Uno and it didn't even fit my face and it looked drab and lousy. My Airtel phone ref is 044-45516271. Hope my complaint would taken seriously and the issue would addressed.

I was a Airtel customer from the year since it started its service and I had a very high regard on this organisation but on receipt of the gift of this sort, all my regards and the image of Airtel has diminished. It is a shameful thing on the part of Airtel like corporate to get into such a cheap marketing tactics. This will only tarnish its image in the public.
