I signed up for the internet with o2 and with this deal you get a dongle, i was paying £25 monthly, the gentleman which sold me this pack said from where i lived i would have very good connection but from day one i had problems it was not connecting to the internet and if it did it would be very slow. I went to the shop and explained the situation, they took the dongle in the back office and when he come back out he said he should work now. unfortunetly it didnt, so i went to the shop again and the same thing happened. In one month i had complained 6 times but nothing was done and i was still paying my £25 per month. I went to the shop and said i wanted to cancel they refused and said it was an 12-18 month contract, i refused to pay and now they are sending me bills, last month it was only £75 and this month it has gone to £355 i dont understand how they can con people, i have not paid this bill. could you please help me.
