Undue detaining of money

I have booked an inverter in the site and which offers immediate delivery (within one day) and remitted Rs.1000/-online. They accepted the money but then no response and a call to the phone advertised in the site (09740-111-822) also not responded. Repeated email from them resulted a reply that they have canceled my booking without saying any reason. The remitted money (which is for an apc inverter 850 va)

is said to be refunded after a week.

On verification it is seen on their site the offer of the said APC inverter is still on their site and it shows that the stock is not expired. The company can immediately refund the amount if so wishes The intention of the company seems to collect huge amount without any interest for the time being and it is cheating.

This will adversely effect the online shopping business.
