Online Magazine Subscription from Indiatimes shopping
INDIATIMES SHOPPING IS A BIG CHEATER

Hi,

I have orderd a magazine subscription of Rs 1200 on May 7th. And payed the full amount by using my credit card and they have NOT YET sent any information to the Merchant for my subscription (i confirmed through merchant directly) nor they have informed me anything.

I have called more than 12-13 times by now at their customer care help and enquired about my subscription, Initially they told me to wait for 45 days and then i waited to for it and its been around 60 days now, Still nothing happened. I also told them to cancel my order if not able to process and refund my money back, Customer care executives everytime telling me that it will be refunded back in 24 hours. Its been more than last 10 days that they are telling the same still not recieved the amount in my account. And also to tel you that some times when i called, if they do not know the answer they will simply cut our phone off. THAT IS REALLY STUPID behaviour it happned with me 2 times. THEY ARE PATHETIC AND DO NOT CARE FOR ANY CUSTOMERS.

I am not frusted with this Indiatimes shopping network. What kind of business they are doing?

Please help me in this regards.
