Wrong on line business

I have ordered for samsung clp printer online, they have send invoice of total amount

rs 11332/- (including VAT & Transport)

according to their invoice i send rs 11332/- through interbank transfer

after receiving money they demanded extra rs 350/- saying that parcel is big

they send refund after few days through chq.

at the end my account willbe credited with 11258/-

because of their unfair business i lost rs 75/- and 15 days interest
