my name is harpreet & i had recieved a sms on my mobile phone stating that i had won prize award (fund) $10, 000, 000.00 USD . which is presently deposited in a temporary Account with a Bank in London and shall be released to me on final payment Approval by Barclay Bank Plc. now bank is asking me to pay £2, 430 (Two Thousand, Four Hundred & Thirty British Pounds Sterling) as a transfer charges.

sir could u pls help me, whether this is a fake draw money or is it true?? should i pay the money to the bank for fund release?
