Hacked email account

My email account sid_nit_jerico@yahoo.co.in which i was using for orkut has been kacked in 2008 and i made an internal complaint but thar email account is still there . now some one known is usind that account and creating problems . so i request you to please delete that account as soon as possible and oblige me.
