Poor service

Dear Sir/ Mam

I am a 1.5 year customer of yours. From that day I have taken a unltd plan due to high usage. & you can see my payment records. Not even a single month i was in defaulter list But from last 6-7 days in regular interval my service get disconnected & then after calling to your customer care after 1 to 2 hour i get the connection. This is happening in every 2 to 3 hour so if i have to face this then y should i take ur unltd usage plan of high rental?? I can take another competitors plan They are offering more than cheaper plan then you. So its my hearty request to you kindly improve your service & your customer support.my memb no is- 00740965
