Not Installing the Broadband From the Last 1 week

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied a broadband connection of Connect in the Name of WASEEM JAVED and also giving the security also. They have installed a phone connection (0172-5018786) but after repeatative request they are not installing the broadband connection but they are charging for the samefrom the date of first call i have made drom this phone. Please enquire about that and take a legal action aginst them as soon as possible. Thanks
