Hi Pals,

This ISP is a nightmare to subscribe to. I have been using the services from last 3 months. In the very first 1 month the Internet Connection Speed was descent and was acceptable considering the fact that on a 1 mbps connection we get a 120-130 download speed. But after the end of first month this guys has reduced the download speed to 30-40 kbps.. my download speed now hardly reaches 50-60 or not even touches 30 sometimes... I called the ISP to check onto this... and the answer was "As there are lot of users on the website downloading the content thats why i'm getting a slow download speed" ..which was! @$#^^% lie as i download many content in the first month from the same websites and the download speed was 120-135kbps. I called again still the same reply ..they sent a enginneer who doesn't know anything except the Network connection icon .. just to show off he opened the download.com website where i was getting 50mbps download speed .. he took a screenshot, send it to the dept. and says the connection is ok ..he gave me a suggestion which was so $@%# shit .. he said "Use a download manager " Now guys please tell me if we are paying Rs.1600 for a Hi-Speed connection why should we use a download manager ..

I want to sue this company please let me know the procedures guys.. Thanks in advance..!!
