I have tried to book a birthday gift for my wife online. The first time I attempted paying online, there was an error but the bank account says withdrawn. Instead of INR 915.00 there are two entries showing 915 each totalling INR 1830.

The gift has not been delivered till this time, the time at which I am making this complaint.

How can I get my hard earned pension money returned, please.
