Order not delivered

I had placed a cake delivery order with delhionlineflorists.com. I got a mail from them confirming placing the order but the cake was never delivered. When i called them with order delivery status, customer care executive mentioned that it has been delivered as per their agent & their system. On my insisting he put me on hold & then disconnected. I have written multiple mails but have got no response

I also tried to get in touch with them by the chat service that they have on the website. The operator here again told that the order has been delivered but telling who took the deliver is against their policy as is giving the contact no. of delivery agent.

I am really pissed off with poor service, poor customer service & also bad policies which are made to mint money & harass consumers. They are just thugs promising same day deliveries but never delivering the stuff

I will never ever order anything online again especially from thugs like these.

I really don't know what to do to get my money back
