Efund of amount

Sir,

On aug 5, 12, i tried to add rs300 in my paytm account (online recharge facility) but due to failure amount deducted from my account but not added into my paytm balance.my account detail is:

5 Apr TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd-

CCA12DGSH656I GA0575264 TRANSFER TO 62185218528 AVENUES INDIA PVT.LTD. 300.00

and my paytm balance status is

05-Apr-12 34717516 Rs300 added to Paytm Cash 300 Payment Failure

i have sent mail to the "care@paytm.com" three times but they are not responding towards this... kindly refund my amount as soon as possible...
