On the date of 14 July i was make a online recharge of my BSNL Mobile No. 9466663321 with Rs. 55 and the Order No. was 2629388 after making the payment i receive a massage that transaction is complete but i was not receive any amount in Mobile Balance . for that i make a complaint by mail to the company on 15 July and they revert me on 16 July that they had the successfully make this transaction but its going to be pending by the Mobile operator Company . for that i was also make call to the BSNL and they tell me that they had no receive this type of request, than again on 17 July i made a mail to Care@paytm.com and this time they revert that recharge was not successful and they will refund my money by deposit in my account. But today 27 July still not receive my money. Between these dates i was sending the mail no. of times. So please be aware from this type of Fraud Company.
