I have been availing the service of paytm.com for recharge of mobiles. at their site they like this:

with the exception of postpaid bill payments. Now you don't need to look for a parking spot to drop your cheque or chase somebody for paying your postpaid bill payments. All of this can be done under a few minutes and

at a convenience charge of only Rs 10 per transaction".

once, i lost 300 rupees and when i complained they refunded only two hundred something. this is service!!!
