Paytm unsuccessful recharge mobile amount

Ear sir,

I have done an online recharge of rs 300 on my mtnl mobile no. 9868200803 through paytm on 23-apr at 09.42 a.M. Having order no. 35954645. And I have received a recharge successful message from paytm. But never received any recharge message from mtnl. So I asked mtnl operator about this issue and lodged a complaint. And after verification mtnl operator told me that no transaction with this order no. Has happened and suggested me to contact paytm. As there is no customer care number available. Please help me.
