Paytm/online recharge
Echarge not success but money debited from account

Dear sir i have recharged of rupees 50 by means of www.paytm.com . but unfortunately my recharge was not successful and 50 rupees has been debited from my punjab national bank account. i mailed them many time but they did not returned my money .please take right action against paytm. this is the order number of my transaction no 19052591
