Pearl set
Product not received

I placed an order of a Pearl set on www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com on 2 Aug 12 with Order No 02082012373860, Payment ID :1473759481722150 and cost Rs 899.00. The Order was to be delivered on 03Aug 12. But it has not been delivered by 03 Aug 12. I also tried on their helpline No 09230765100, but it is always busy and if by chance got connected then in waiting only. I am unable to talk to any customer care executive. There is no other email ID or other phone no. is provided in their website.

On the date of order I got a mail from them that my order has been processed and shipping No. will be forwarded to me to tracking. It has also not been sent to me till date. I request you to take up my case with the concern authorities and to the needful. I would also like to warn other to be alert from this fraud site.
